Account was suspended due to Credit Card Collection

    Hello,


    I think my clients account was marked for suspension because the wrong email address was used. it is supposed to be inquiry@buckleuplogisticsllc.com. The llc was left out.


    Please reinstate the account.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked the account associated with this email address in*****@*************tics.com, and I saw that it was suspended due to Credit Card Collection. Please keep in mind that this is against our Terms of Use.

    To reactivate your account, we would need your permission to delete the offending fields/forms on your account. Please let us know if you agree to this so we can proceed on reinstating your account.

    Yes you can remove the fields that caused the issue.

    I've deleted the offending fields and reactivated your account. You should be able to log in now.
