Payment Submission Limit on Starter Plan and Form Disabling

what will happen to the 11th person ordering from my order form?
Will I get a notice that someone is ordering? Will they not be allowed to order? If I quickly upgrade, will I know that person who was ordering so I can tell them to try again?

I want to test it for free 1st before I pay for the year...but I don't want it to be a hassle.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. On the Starter plan, you can have up to 10 payment submissions per month. This limit resets on the 1st of each month. If you reach the payment submission limit, your forms will be disabled until the limit resets or you upgrade your plan. This means you won't be able to receive the 11th submission as your forms will be disabled. You can check out our guide on Understanding Your Account Usage and Limits for more information.
