Jotform Web Error

Hi, I am trying to open this form

But I seem to be getting an error when I get to - Please enter and confirm your School/College teacher email* (the error is - Error The requested URL could not be retrieved) The rest of the form is fine.

We use web filters (being a school), but I have no idea what to add to let it through. (It works fine on my mobile phone)

any idea what I should unblock?
