    Hello,

I'd like to know if it would be possible, within a form, to group or add a label to the questions so that it's easier for us to find the right answer for each question.

    Thank you.

    Hi Yacine,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If you want to group or add a label to the questions in your form, I suggest using one of the following:

    1. Multi-Page Form - By breaking your form into multiple pages, you’ll create a positive experience for users that won’t overwhelm them with information or take up their valuable time — encouraging more complete submissions and conversions!Card Form: How to categorize the quesions? 2. Form Tabs - Add Form Tabs widget to split your form into separate tabs — improving readability and creating a better experience for form users. Card Form: How to categorize the quesions? Image 2 Screenshot 51
    3. Section Collapse - The Section Collapse element allows you to group your form fields, split your form into expandable parts, and hide or show sections of your form.Card Form: How to categorize the quesions? Image 3 Screenshot 62

Give it a try and reach out again if you have any other questions.

    Thank you for your reply,

I'm using the card form layout and in this case, there aren't the layout options you suggest. The form we offer is a mobile form and I think the card form layout is the best for the user.

What I need is to be able to locate the questions we propose. The questions are categorized and I'd like to be able to add these categories to better understand the flow of the questions.

    Thank you.

    Hi Yacine,

The card form displays one question per card. It includes a Multi-line Question element that allows you to add Textbox, Email, Number, Dropdown, and Phone elements. However, it does not support any text element to show the category. The feature you are looking for is not currently available. As a workaround, you can add a Paragraph element before a group of questions. This will display an additional card to the user with the category details, after which the other questions will be shown. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page.
    2. Add a Paragraph element to show the second form link and click on the Edit icon.
    3. Add the Text, to show the category details and the type of question that will show up next.
    4. Finally, click on the Save button. Card Form: How to categorize the quesions? Image 1 Screenshot 30

You can add this Paragraph element before each set of questions that you want to divide into a category. Check out the screencast below to see the result:

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
