Stripe: Card could not be authorized using the postal code provided

    Hello,

    We have a customer who keeps receiving an error message for an incorrect zipcode on our payment form. Any idea what could be the issue?

    Hi The_Movement_Centre,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. The issue you encountered may be related to AVS settings on your Stripe account. Address verification (AVS) checks two pieces of information, which are the postal code and the billing street address. I also checked the message shown on the screenshot, and it seems that the postal code needs to be updated, or the cardholder may contact their card issuer for the issue. You may also contact Stripe support if you can turn off the verification checks on your account.
