Users are unable to upload files in the form the error message shows due to some reason, go back and fix what do i need to fix ?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked the last edited form and it is already deleted. Are you referring to this form? If not, please share the direct form link and we will check it. Here's how to find the direct form link:
- In the Form Builder, go to the Publish page.
- Select the Quick Share tab.
- Click the Copy Link button and share it with us.
Also, please share a screenshot of the error message and we will check it further. You can open this link and follow the guide on how to share a screenshot here on the Support Page.

- Open the thread in your browser. You can click the View this thread button in the email content.
- Click the Small box icon or the Image icon
- In the Add Image window, click the middle section. Select the image you want to share and click the Add button.
