Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can find your apps in your My Apps page in your account. Let me show you how to do it. 

1. From the My Forms page to which you're usually automatically led when logging in, click on the dropdown menu in the top-left corner of the page, at the right side of the Jotform mark.
2. In the contextual menu opening, select My Apps.

Then, you'll be able to see your app named Rodeo of the Ozarks, and the others apps of yours.
