    Hi Rosa,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm afraid I didn't understand your requirements fully. May I know which spreadsheet are you referring to? Can you explain a bit more about the issue, so I can get a better idea of what's happening? Can you send me the link to your form, so I can take a look at it for you? If you can take a screenshot of what’s happening, that will help us to better understand what’s going on. We have a guide about how to do that here.

Once we hear back from them, we'll be able to move forward with this.

    Hi Rosa,

Thanks for getting back to us. To write in the Spreadsheet widget, you need to go to the widget setting and there you can enter your text. Let me show you how

    1. In Form Builder, go to Spreadsheet widget.
    2. Click on Wand icon, scroll down to Default values.
    3. Now, enter the cell number and enter your data. For example, you want Column A, Row 1, with a value of Test 1. You only need to enter A1 Test 1.

    4. If you want all of your data to be read-only, then write All in the Read-only box. If you wish to specific cell data to be read-only, just write down the cell number.
