i am having a wedding photography and videography service and i need to send a enquiry form to my client and they will select the services that they need.

the services i am having are

    1. engagement
    2. pre or post wedding
    3. mehendi
    4. sangeet
    5. bride making
    6. groom making
    7. wedding
    8. vratham
    9. reception

these are the 9 services and in 9 services we have common things like date, location, time and budget to each one services that i will provide to clients all of the clients will not select all the services some may select 1,5,7,9. so my requirement is to have to display all the services but when they selected some services like 1,3,4,7,9 the page need to display only the selected numbers and date, location, time and budget only to selected like dropbox

if i fill all the services in a single form page it will be lengthy and not easy to fill like 9 services will be 9 heading and in that 4 will be sub headings like date, location, time and budget so i need to be simple and easy

for reference i will share a google form link

    Hi fijara4426,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can hide or show fields conditionally. For example, you can add all the related fields to the services then hide them:

Then create a Show/Hide condition like the ones below:

For example, if the user chooses 1, 2 and 3, the fields related to engagement, pre or post wedding and mehendi will show. Check out this screenshot:
