    Hi David, 

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Your account was suspended because you’ve got a form named WORK ABROAD SUPPORT that was flagged as offering a fake service/job application scam. We understand this might not be the case with your form, but we had to act according to the general rule to be in compliance with our Terms of Use.

    For us to reactivate your account, we’ll need your permission to delete the offending form. You can create the form again after changing your account email address to a corporate email. 

    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with this.
