I set up everything and tried to checkout, but the following message came out and the payment and transaction never happened.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When I tested your form, the same thing happened, so I created a ticket about it and escalated this to our Developers.
Once we hear back from them, we’ll update this thread and let you know.
