How to print blank forms?

Hi,

I have created a form that I want to print to pdf as a template. I can only print a form that has already been filled by a client.

How can I print my blank form?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. It's easy to print a blank version of your form. Let me walk you through it:

1. In Form Builder, Click on the Publish tab.
2. Click on PDF from the left panel.
3. Click on the green Download button.
4. It will direct you to the Jotform PDF Editor where you can customize the form or just click on the Download icon to download it in PDF format.
5. After opening the downloaded document, click on Print icon.

Hi, this does not work.

I go through all the steps above but it directs me to print an already populated form.

I do not have any ability to print a blank form.

I understand how frustrating this is for you and I’ll do my best to help you. Rest assured, we’ll find a solution for it. Can you take a screenshot of what’s happening and send it to us? We’ve got a guide here that’ll show you how to do that.

Once we have a better idea of what’s going on, we’ll be able to come up with a solution.
