Hi,
I have created a form that I want to print to pdf as a template. I can only print a form that has already been filled by a client.
How can I print my blank form?

Hi Joanna,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. It's easy to print a blank version of your form. Let me walk you through it:
- In Form Builder, Click on the Publish tab.
- Click on PDF from the left panel.
- Click on the green Download button.
- It will direct you to the Jotform PDF Editor where you can customize the form or just click on the Download icon to download it in PDF format.
- After opening the downloaded document, click on Print icon.
Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.

Hi, this does not work.
I go through all the steps above but it directs me to print an already populated form.
I do not have any ability to print a blank form.

Hi Joanna,
I understand how frustrating this is for you and I’ll do my best to help you. Rest assured, we’ll find a solution for it. Can you take a screenshot of what’s happening and send it to us? We’ve got a guide here that’ll show you how to do that.
Once we have a better idea of what’s going on, we’ll be able to come up with a solution.
