Hello, I wanted to inquire on what the 1,000 Monthly subscriptions entails. I'm going over my forms, and in our forms, we have only a combined 70 submissions for this month. Why am I getting a notice stating "You have almost reached the signed documents limit? Or what do I have coverage under my plan?

    Hello Easttexasj4j,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your current usage, and you currently have 71 submissions for both your monthly submissions and your Signed Documents. Those two form limits are not the same. Monthly submissions are the submissions you received this month, whereas Signed Documents are the number of signed documents with Jotform Sign Automation enabled.

I can see that you have a signature field with Jotform Sign enabled, which makes every collected signature legally bound. If you require your respondents to submit the form collecting signatures with Jotform Sign enabled, this would count against your Sign Document limit. I suggest upgrading your Jotform plan in this case. If you don't need signatures, you can either leave things as they are until the first of the month, when the Signed document counter resets, or you can disable the Jotform Sign Automation and collect signatures as they are. Let me show you how to disable Jotform Sign Automation:

    • Click the Green Pen icon on the right side of the Signature Field, then toggle off this option in the Jotform Sign section.
    • You can also, go to Settings.
    • Click Jotform Sign, from the left menu, then toggle off Jotform Sign Automation from there.

    Thank You, and

with being a Non-profit organization, is there a special rate or discount that can be provided with the monthly plans?
