Every time I try to cancel my subscription from the computer it says, "Upgrade on our mobile app. It looks like you set up your account through our mobile app. Please go to the Jotform Mobile Forms app to manage your subscription." But when I go through the app, it still won't let me change or cancel my subscription to the free one.
