How to clear popup form's data when it is closed?

    Hi there,

I have 3 x pop-up buttons where I implemented my form code in each of these 'Get a quote' buttons:-

How to clear popup forms data when it is closed? Image 1 Screenshot 20

The issue is that if I click on one of them and close the popup before submitting, the form remembers what card I was on. If I attempt then to click on another popup, the form won't reset, and it keeps going from the same point. Here is the link to the page (scroll down a bit):-

I want to be able to reset the form each time I click on the popup button so that it takes me to the first card in the form and not to the same spot where I left the other popup. Is there any JS code that I can add before my script to achieve this?

    Here is my script:-

    <script type="text/javascript" src="https://form.jotform.com/jsform/241666987167878"></script>

    Thanks,

    Effie

    Hi Effie,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, it's only possible to add scripts to the form using its source code. However, the source code embed option for the card layout is not yet available. As a workaround to this, you may consider creating a script on your webpage that "refreshes" the forms when it is closed. While we can only provide limited support to this, consider hiring a 3rd party consultant on our Jotform Partnership page or Jotform & Fiverr partnership page.

Let us know if you need any other help.
