Square Integration: Unable to connect the account.

    Hello I’m trying to set up a payment integration. i have a square account. Every time i sign in to finish it just says please wait and never goes to the next screen.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I see you are using the Jotform App to connect your Square account. Can you try it in a mobile browser or a desktop and let's see how it goes?

    It’s actually Square not stripe. If that’s what you show maybe that’s the issue? Can you change it to square? I tried logging in on the desktop version and it wouldn’t recognize my login and locked me out.

    Hi Tifanie,

    I checked your form 240817912203147, and it appears that your Square Integration is still not yet connected. Can you try connecting it again using a desktop or a mobile browser?

    Also, I saw that the email address that you are using to contact us is different from the account which the form is under. I flushed your login attempts from the correct account, so you should be able to log in now. If you forgot your password, you can reset it. Let me show you how:

    1. Go to the Jotform Main Page and click on Login.

    2. On the login screen, click on Forgot Password.

    3. Enter your email address and then click on Send Reset Instructions.

    4. You'll get an email with instructions about how to reset your password. In the email, click on Reset Password.

    5. Enter your new password, enter it again to verify it, and then click on Create a New Password.

    Your new password is now set, and you can use it to log into your Jotform account.
