How to add a field that accepts mileage input?

also if there is some widget or something that i can add a mileage log to keep track of miles ran? is that possible as well. not sure if i can put this all on like page 1 or if i need to create numerous pages. new to this and just got ideas right now running through my head that i am trying to bring to life. thanks

We have a Driving Distance Widget that automatically calculates the distance from one location to another. But, if your goal is to manually enter the mileage to keep a record of it, you can use the Short Text element for that. Check out this screenshot below:
