Is there a day to HIDE selected DATA in a form?

For example - we want to use Jotform for client intake, but we do not want our practitioners to have access to client contact information.

    Thank you.

    Hi islandmassagesch,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Can you tell us more about your question? Currently, how are the practitioners able to access the data collected from the form? If they have access to the account where the form is under, they will have access to the collected data.

But, if they only receive a notification email that includes the client's data every time there is a submission in the form, you omit the data that you do not want them to receive. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, click on Settings from the top bar menu, and click on Emails from the left panel menu.
    2. Next, hover your mouse over the Notification Email, and click on the Pen icon.
    3. Then, simply remove fields that you do not want to the email address listed in the Recipient Email to receive.
    4. Finally, click on Save.

If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more, so I can help you better?

Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.
