Autoresponder triggered by conditional logic is not being sent.

I have an email that sends a form to the user based on their answer. It's not sending but only if the customers says they have diabetes type 2. For evey other thing it works great. Can someone please look at my settings? I must be missing something simple.

Thanks for your patience, we appreciate it. When I cloned and tested your form, the same thing happened for me. After investigating it a bit, I found a solution. It's really easy to fix. Make a separate condition for it. Let me show you how:

• In the Form Builder, click on Settings.
• Go to Conditions and click on Add Condition.
• Select Change Email Recipient and then configure it.
• Make sure to add question 20 is equal to Diabetes and question 22 is equal to Type 2 then select ALL of the “IF” rules are matched.
• Then, Send with Cryo AR 1 Send Attachment to Email then click on Save.
