Template Name showing on form

I edited the name of my form in the settings tab but the name of the template that I used is still showing when someone clicks on my jotform link

Thanks for reaching out to us for help. You can change the Page Title of your form to fix the issue. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, click on Settings in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
2. Click on Show More Options.
3. Scroll down, enter the Page Title you want to use. and that’s it. You’re done.
