I did today add CC info to collect from my clients to use as a travel agent. I believe I added password protection and encryption but if I can't use the form to collect that info from my clients then please delete that section. I just don't want to rebuild the rest of the form all over again.

    Thanks!

    Hi Curt

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Your account was suspended because you’ve got a form named Client Information Form breaking our Terms of Use by collecting credit card information in plain text fields.

In line with our PCI certification, we have to deny the collection of credit card details on regular forms. But, we have other PCI-compliant ways you can do this. All you need to do is choose one of the payment processors available on our platform and integrate it into your form. You still won't be able to collect credit card details directly, though. If you only want to collect your customer's payment details and charge them at a later date, you can take advantage of our Payment Authorization feature.

If you agree to follow our Terms of Use and let us delete the offending fields mentioned above, we can lift the suspension on your account.

Once we hear back from you, we can move forward with this.

    Hi Curt

I’ve gone ahead and deleted the offending fields and reactivated your account. You should be able to log in now.  Please note that if you will be collecting payments, then you will need to use a payment integration. If you wish to charge the customer at a later date, then you can enable payment authorization.

Reach out again if you need any other help.
