Billing: Update Payment Information

Hi,
I would like to chage payment billing credit card.
I had paid this year membership fee yesterday 15 june 2024.
but can i cancel the yesterday payment and pay with another credit card.

Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. Please fill out the refund request form so that we can refund the old card used in the payment. Please indicate in the request that you are asking for a refund of the payment in the old card.

Furthermore, you can update your Credit Card Information in just a few easy steps. Let me show you how:

1. On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your Avatar/Profile image on the top-right side of the page.

2. In the menu that comes up, click on Settings.

3. Next, go to the Billing tab.

4. Click on Change Credit Card.

5. Enter the details in the Credit Card Information window.

6. Now, just click on Update to save the changes.
