Form disabled - looks like it needs a reset

    Hello,

    We have been experiencing issues for the past few days where our form are not loading and the user is getting a blank page or the form loads and a blank page appears when the form is submitted and the responses are not recorded. Could you kindly clear this form your side?

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi iskconofnewjersey,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support.  I have checked all of your forms and it's working perfectly. Your account is within your usage and limit. I have cleared your form caches. Can you go ahead and try it again?  If the same thing happens again, can you share the form URL that you are having an issue with?

    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.
