Is your form builder suitable for me?

Hello,

I'm looking to create a form that has to accommodate questions of free form long answer text. preferably supporting formatting and/or multiple answers.

for example:

Q: What would be typical scenarios?
Include 1-3 scenarios
For ex.: Here's a description of an example

A: Long free text
+ [Add another answer] (and consequently - remove/restore/rearrange)
/---

Is this possible with your builder? If so, would you point me to a template that would contain such an example.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Jotform is an online form builder that provides a number of tools and 10,000+ customized templates that you can check here. If you want to have an element where the responder can enter a long answer and add multiple answers to one question, you can use a configurable list widget. The Configurable List widget is easy to use. Let me show you how:

• In Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page.
• Under the Widgets tab, add the Configurable List widget into your form.
• You can customize the fields using the Fields Configuration Box. In the box, use the syntax below (click here to learn more).

{label} : {type} : {placeholder}

• After finishing all of the customizations, click on Update Widget and you're done.
