The completion form link is giving a 404 form error

Hi Dharmik,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform support. Please note that the 404 error message appears when your form or page is missing. It may be temporarily unavailable, moved, or no longer exists. It may require you to log in to your Jotform account to view the uploaded file. This can be resolved by unchecking the require log in to view uploaded files option under the privacy section. Let me show you how:
- At the top-right of the navigation, click your Profile Picture.
- Click Settings.
- On the left side of your screen, select Security tab.
- Uncheck the Require log-in to view uploaded files under the Privacy options.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
