I want to use my forms I made

Give me advisw how can I use my forms I made before.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When I checked our system, I see that there's an account tied with the email address you used to submit this ticket, the account has seven forms. After further checking, I found that the account was suspended because you’ve got forms named [ 역사정신바로세움 포럼 ] and  월간 [독립정신] 구독 신청 that’s breaking our Terms of Use by collecting login credentials. Take a look at the screenshots below:

If you agree to follow our Terms of Use and let us delete the offending fields mentioned above, we can go ahead and lift the suspension on your account.

Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with this.
