Form locks up: Unable to edit the reports

    I am having a problem with my reports. I can't seem to edit any information. The words and letters aren't displaying, like the keyboard is locked however it's not anything to do with my equipment because I checked everything. It worked fine this morning. I have closed the app numerous times, with no luck.

    Please advise.

    Hi Debbie,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I understand you are having issue with your reports. I cloned one of your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:

    As you can see that I was able to create and edit the report without any issue. Please share the exact report URL, Form URL and a screencast of the report using Loom or any other preferred medium.

    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.

    Thank you for responding so promptly. I am not sure why there was a glitch in just the one comment section on the report. The other areas were fine. I edited it differently and was able to complete my work. I will see if I have the same problem occurs again when I get another report.
