Geo Location widget: Show Address in submissions

How do I use the Geolocation feature and/or widgets to download the STREET NAME, CITY, AND ZIP (not GPS coordinates) to a Table or Downloaded CSV Data? Right now, it shows me a link to Google Maps instead of filling out the Street address in the table.

Thanks for reaching out to us for help. I checked your 241664148443155 form and see it has the GPS Location widget with Output Type set to Map. I understand what you are getting in your form tables is similar to what is shown in the screenshot below:

To fix the issue, you can change the Output Type of the GPS Location widget on your form to Address in the widget settings. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, select the GPS Location widget and click on the Wand icon on the right to open the Widget Settings.
2. Under the General Tab, scroll down and select Address in the Output Type dropdown menu.
3. Click on Update Widget, and that's it.
