We've had Zaps set up for years which connect Jotform to Zapier.
At some stage in the last couple of weeks it appears that something has changed on your platform's side, as the "Name" and "Email" (and other) fields are no longer flowing through to Zapier. Zapier is now only receiving Submission ID / Form ID / IP Address / Created Date fields which are of no use to us. It's not receiving any of the actual form data.
Please help - we're a high volume user and in the middle of a launch and rely on this data!

Hi Admin_denisedt,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I understand that the Zaps you have setup is not working like before and you are not receiving the submission details sent by the form users. As an initial troubleshooting step, please use the submission ID and search in the submission table to see if they contains the submissions which you are trying to send to Zapier.
Also try removing the Zap and set up again to see if the issue persists. If you are still unable to resolve the issue, please share the Form URL and a few screenshots of the Zap you have set up in Zapier and we'll do a more in-depth investigation and work on finding a solution.
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.

Hi Afzal
We're trying to send all submissions to Kajabi (as we've been doing for years), and now all of a sudden all of the entries are missing anything other than the Submission ID / Form ID / IP Address / Created Date fields - there are NO other fields available for us to use in Zapier at all.
These are the two form URLs we're trying to use:
https://www.jotform.com/tables/220587591078869
https://www.jotform.com/tables/220748585370866
Attached is a screenshot of what we see in Zapier when trying to select fields
(We have also tried to set up a new Zap from scratch, and run into the exact same issue).

Hi Admin_denisedt,
I cloned your form, tested it on a Zap, and the form fields are showing. Here's a screenshot of my result:
To troubleshoot this, we can try refreshing the connection by removing Zapier from your list of APIs. Here's how:
- Go to the API tab in your Jotform account.
- Look for Zapier and click the 'X' across it.
After this, go back to Zapier and try connecting your account again when setting up a zap.
Give it a try, and let us know if you need any help.
