Failed Recurring Monthly Donation Email.

    You email me saying this:

    Recurring Payment Failed

    We are unable to process a payment with the credit card ending in 1829 for: $25 - Monthly Donation (Square Recurring)

    Reason: This request could not be authorized.

    Please note this is the third attempt at processing this payment. We will attempt to process the payment again within the next 24 hours. If this issue is not corrected within 24 hours, the recurring credit card payment will be suspended.


    How the hell am I supposed to know what this is for??????

    Hello Celebratelife,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. This email appears to be linked to a recently completed form in which you agreed to make a $25 recurring monthly donation. 

    Do you remember if you filled out a form? If so, and you do not want this recurring payment to take money from your credit card, you can just disregard this email because the payment, if failed, will suspend the recurring payment, preventing them from attempting to charge your credit card.
