tried using the form several times, i even cloned it but the results are the same

Hi Joel,

I tested your form to see if I could replicate the issue, and I ran into the same issue as you see in the screencast below:

When I looked at your form, I saw that it is set to redirect to the form builder of a deleted form as you see in the screenshot below:

Let me show you how to fix it:

1. In Form Builder, scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the Edit Thank You Page Button.
2. In the window that appears, click on the Show a Thank You Page after submission option. And that's it.
