Account Suspended: Log in credential collection

    it won't let me in my account

    Hi aiden,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Your account was suspended because you’ve got a form named Form that’s breaking our Terms of Use by collecting login credentials.

    Account Suspended: Log in credential collection Image 1 Screenshot 20If you agree to follow our Terms of Use and let us delete the offending fields mentioned above, we can go ahead and lift the suspension on your account.

    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with this.

    i name it that becuase i put 03182010 and it take me to a jotform website and it have submission

    i promise you i don't mean like hack i put password enter becuase it where i will see my submission from my app

As mentioned in our previous reply, if you agree to follow our Terms of Use and allow us to delete the offending fields mentioned above, we can lift the suspension on your account. We understand this might not be the case with your form, but we need to act according to the general rules to comply with our Terms of Use. Please note that the word "password" will trigger our phishing tool to suspend your account, so you should use other wording instead of "password."

    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with lifting the suspension on your account.
