Are monthly submissions and signed document limits the same?

    I was thinking 10
    submissions was the same! Guess I'll have to upgrade!

    Hi Nicole,

    The monthly submission limit is different from the monthly signed documents limit. The monthly submissions limit is the total number of entries your account can receive from all of your forms in each month. While the signed documents limit is the total number of signing processes completed from all Sign documents that your account can have each month. So, if you have reached your monthly limits and want to keep using the forms without waiting for your monthly limits to be reset, you can upgrade. Let me show you how:

    1. On your My Forms page, click on Pricing in the blue navigation bar at the top of the page.

    3. In the popup window, choose either a Monthly or Yearly payment schedule and either Credit/Debit Card or PayPal as the payment method. 

    Here’s an example of the Bronze plan:
