how to choose multiple dates in the date picker. I want my user to look at the month of July and choose 12 different dates with activities associated with every date. 1 form that allows my user to interact with it 1 time but tell me what their engagement plan is

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, we do not have a multiple date picker at the moment. With the current Date Picker widget, it will only allow you to pick one date value at a time. If you want your users to pick multiple dates value on the same form, you can add multiple Date Picker widget. You can also take a look at these two widgets, MultiSelect Grid and Configurable List to see if any of these can be used as a workaround with what you want to do with your form.
