Suspended Account

    Dear support,

    i created a form on your website, but my account is suspended now because you detected as pishing form.But it is not. I made only a formular for EURO 2024 Matches in a small telegram group. Around 20 members.

    Please open my account again and turn back the form.Thank you for your support.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your account, and it appears that your form LOVEHOUND BET was flagged as offering fake services. If you believe that your account was suspended in error, we’ll need you to do the following:

    • Send us the URL where your form is used.
    • Send us a link to your website or proof of affiliation with a legitimate institution.
    • Change your registered email to a corporate one to avoid getting flagged again by our phishing detector.

    Send all of these to reviewers@jotform.com with Thread#15957273 as the subject, and we’ll let you know the status of your account after we’ve done a thorough review of them.
