From transfer request

Hi Jot form, I created a form under my personal email but wish to transfer this forms to the church's email address, please advise me if and how this can be done,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. It is possible to transfer forms from one account to another. Provide the URL of the form you want to transfer, as well as the email address of the Jotform account to which you want to transfer it. If your form has a custom URL, it will not work. You will need to create a custom URL for each of your forms. Here is a link to how you can add a custom URL to your form. Let me show you how to do that:

1. On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your form and click on Edit Form on the right side of the page.
2. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
3. Click on the pencil icon under the Settings button. 
4. Edit your form link, click on Apply, and that's it, you're done.

Now, your form link will look like the one below:

https://form.jotform.com/yourusername/yourformname

After we hear back from you, we'll transfer your form to another Jotform account.

The custom URL that my colleague was referring to is if you have created a customize URL that you are sharing with your users instead of the link with the form ID here:
