Hi Dina,
Are you referring to the Quantity Selector? Currently, it seems you are only provided with the option for a quantity of 1. Is that correct? If so, in order to enable the quantity range, you would need to input an available stock quantity of more than 1. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, click on your Product List.
- Click on the Cart icon, and then click on the Pencil icon for your product.
- Under the Stock tab, input the available stock.
- Lastly, click on Save.
Here's my demo form. You can clone it to test or inspect.
As for your second question, you can change the selection by clicking on the dropdown option for the quantity and adjusting the quantity from 1 to 6.
Give it a try, and let us know if you need more help.

rabbitpack3Replied on June 14, 2024 at 10:05 PMHi,
Actually I have the quantity selector from 1-6. The stock is low because
the classes have already filled up so the form only gives the option of 1
now. I still cannot figure out how to create a column for the number of
people each person registered in tables.

Hi Dina,
I understand that you would like to have a column showing the number of pariticpants in the Table. Let me investigate a bit and update you again in this thread when it's ready.
Thank you for your patience.

Hi Dina,
You can add a Form Calculation Widget to the form so that you will have a column to show the number of pariticpants. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, click on Add Form Element.
- Go to Widgets and drag and drop Form Calculation widget to the form.
- Click on Widget Settings.
- Set up formula (Field #5 / 45).
- Click on Save button.
- You'll then be able to see the number of participants in this field.
Give it a try and let us know if you need any other help.
