Missing entry: Internet went out upon submission

    The internet went out before I submitted.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. A form only redirects to the domain submit.jotform.com if the submission is completed, but I reviewed the form you shared, and it does not show any history or a submission being received, deleted, or purged. It could be a one-off issue related to the internet going out, I recommend connecting your device to a more stable network and filling out the form again.
