MY JOT FORM IS SAYING UNAVAILABLE TO MY CUSTOMER

Hi Octavia4545,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. The “This form is currently unavailable!” error appears when the form is disabled. Let me show you how to enable it:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
- Under the Form Settings, click the Form Status option.
- Select Enabled from the dropdown and click Save.
