How to change the form status?

    My jotform that I just published says that it’s unavailable and to check back in January 2018. What am I doing wrong?

    Hi Cambria,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When I cloned and tested your form, the same thing happened for me. After investigating it a bit, I found that the form settings is disabled and it was set to expire in 2018. It looks like you cloned another form and the settings have been carried over to the clone. Let me show you how to change your form status:

    1. In Form Builder, click on Settings at the top of the page.
    2. Under Form Status, click the current one that is set up.
    3. Change it to Enabled and save the changes.
