I'm not getting a password reset email

    Hello,

    My name is Sadie and I've forgotten my password to my account. I've tried sending password reset emails to my email on file, but I'm not receiving anything. Would someone from JotForm be able to send me this email?

    Hi Sadie,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I've checked your account, and it seems that the email address associated to your account is S*****SW@j***so***u***or.gov. If you have access to this email, I've gone ahead and resend the email reset password. Kindly check your spam folder to see if the email was sent there.
