Microsoft Power Automate: Invalid Connection.

    Jotforms has Invalid connection under the Connectors screen. When trying to connect and sign in the pop up for sign in is not loading.

    Hi We have cleared all caches on all browsers used. Why is Power Automate looking for Jotform Enterprise authorization now?

    Hi Three_Feathers,

    Microsoft Power Automate is not only available for Enterprise account, but also for Standard accounts (Starter, Bronze, Silver, and Gold). Does the error you encounter say "Invalid connection, please update your connection"? If so, I suggest trying to reconnect your form to Power Automate within your Power Automate account under, and re-authenticate it.

    Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Hi We are not able to connect to the Jotform Sign in page through Power Automate. It just times out. All we see it that it is trying to Load. Thanks

    Rest assured, we’ll find a solution for this. Can you share with us a screen recording of what’s happening so we can try to replicate it on our end? You can share the video recording on any public sharing platform like Google Drive or Dropbox, or you can simply use Loom to record the video and share the video link with us.

    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.

    Can you please try to login to your Jotform account on the Jotform website on the same browser before initiating the automation again?

    Hi Three_Feathers,

    Unfortunately, I was not able to test this on my end. I can see that you are having an issue loading the authentication window. Please share the screenshot of the Console report while the authentication window is active. You can press the short key F12 to open the console logs.

    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.

    Can you also take a screenshot of the Console tab of your DevTools? It's on the upper left side of your opened window, next to the Elements tab. Check out the screenshot below:

    We're unable to test on our end, so I created a ticket and escalated this to our Developers.

    Once we hear back from them, we’ll update this thread and let you know.

    Is it the "Third-Party" cookies which are being blocked by Chrome & Edge that are causing this problem?

    I am hoping to have this resolved as soon as possible as we rely on Jotforms for our daily needs. Thanks

    Yes, I agree. I have also seen a few tickets with the same issue in the recent days. Unfortunately, we didn't hear back from our developers yet. However, I am going to send them a message to see if there are any updates. As soon as we hear back from them, we will let you know.
