I want to cancel my Bronze monthly.

Hi Renita,
Thanks for reaching out to us for help. Sure, you can cancel your subscription, but it should be done on the Desktop version of Jotform, rather than the mobile app. It's easy, let's do it:
1. On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your avatar in the top-right corner and click on Settings.
2. Under the Billing tab, click on Change Plan.
3. Click on the Downgrade button to switch to the Starter (Free) Plan.
Then, you'll see a pop-up window with some extra information about the downgrade. Just follow those instructions to continue with canceling your plan. You can also check out our guide about How to Cancel your Subscription.

Hi Renita,
I've gone ahead and canceled your subscription. Your account is scheduled to be downgraded on July 13, 2024. Also, your account will remain on the Bronze plan for the period you paid for until the next billing date. Afterward, your account will automatically downgrade to the Starter (Free) plan and no longer be billed.
