Payments not showing on the submission page

    Hello,


    My only active form, is not showing me any submissions that I have received. I tested this and signed up and paid. It accepted my payment, but does not show a new submission.


    Please help me out immediately.

    Hi Adrian,

    Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your form, and it has 16 pending payments which yet to be completed by the form owner. These payments can be found in the pending payment section of the Jotform Table. Let me show you how to look for it: 

    1. To navigate to Jotform Table, click the drop-down arrow beside Form Builder and click Tables.

    2. In Jotform Tables, click on the three dots beside the form name.

    3. Click the pending payments from the list of options.

    4. Search for the Submission in the Search Bar and click View Details.

    5. Click the green Complete button to complete the payment. After that, the submission will appear in the submission table.
