Hey guys.
All our forms are working great. But, recently the user/sender who submits the form is not receiving their submitted form. How can I check to make sure I have things set properly.

Hi mickbird,
Thanks for reaching out to us for help. Are you referring to this form? If so, the autoresponder emails are not being sent because the recipient of the autoresponder email is not setup. Taka a look at the screenshot below:
To fix the issue, you must edit the email and add the Email field of your form as the recipient. Let me show you how:
- In the form emails page, hover your mouse over the autoresponder email and click on the Pencil icon.
- Go to the Recipients tab.
- Under Recipient Email, select your Email field.
- Click Save.
