For some reason when we enter in an address for a form fill, and the answers are sent out, the address will not show in the form fill.

Hi Adam,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I cloned your form to test it, and I easily replicated the issue. There is an easy fix for this, we just need to add the Address in your Email notification. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder page, select Settings located at the top orange menu bar.
- Under the Emails tab, select the Pencil Icon to edit.
- Now, Select Form Fields and add the Address Fields.
- Finally, click on Save.
