Address not showing in Email Notification

    For some reason when we enter in an address for a form fill, and the answers are sent out, the address will not show in the form fill.



     {date}

    {companyName}

    {contactNumber}

    {name}

    {email}

    {companyAddress}

    {notes}

    Hi Adam,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I cloned your form to test it, and I easily replicated the issue. There is an easy fix for this, we just need to add the Address in your Email notification. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder page, select Settings located at the top orange menu bar.
    2. Under the Emails tab, select the Pencil Icon to edit. Address not showing in Email Notification Image 1 Screenshot 40
    3. Now, Select Form Fields and add the Address Fields.
