Hi Shubhra,
Thanks for reaching out to us for help. I'm quite unsure about your question. However, if you're looking for a form to check in guests, you can take a look at our available check-in form templates here. You can also create a form from scratch and add form elements manually.
If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more so I can help you better? If you can take a screenshot of what’s happening, that will help us to better understand what’s going on. We have a guide about how to do that here.
After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.

So I would like to create a registration form for an event, once guest register all the guest list will be in JotForm. Now on the event day when guest starts arriving we need to check them in. Is there a way to check the guest in who have already registered through that form?

Hi Shubhra,
You can check the Submission Table for the registered users. You can also download the submissions from Submission Table. Let me walk you through it:
- Open your form in Form Builder, click on the Downward Arrow icon on the top-left side of the page and select Tables.
- In Submission Table, click on Download All located at the right top of the table, and select Download as Excel.
Give it a try and reach out again if you have any other questions.

Hi Shubhra,
You can add a column in the Jotform Table to check in the guests. Let me show you how:
- In Jotform Table, click on Add.
- Click on Singe Selection and click on Next.
- Enter a column name and click on Next.
- Enter an option and click on Create Column.
Now, when a guest arrives, you can check them in the tables as shown in the screencast below:
Give it a try and let us know if you need any other help.

Hi Shubra,
Yes, it is possible to create an app that includes the submission table. Let me show you how:
- In App Builder, select Add Element in the upper-left corner.
- Under the Data tab, scroll down the list and choose the Table.
- Then, select the Table you want to display from the list of tables.
