I am attempting to export data, but when I open the sent zip file, it is empty. I am trying to export a file that contains information for all of our JotForms.

Hi Tyler,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Did you mean you tried to download the submission of your forms and exported into Excel/PDF/CSV format from the Jotform table? If yes, then can you follow these troubleshooting steps:
- Log out and log back into your account.
- Please clear your Google Chrome web browser cache.
- Use a different web browser/device.
- Log into your Jotform account.
- Use Google Chrome's incognito mode for testing.
I've cleared your form caches so, your forms are now refreshed. If this is not what you were referring to then can you please share with us the screenshot By following this link you can send us screenshots so, we can understand the issue, and help you better.
