Updated Shipping labels are not shown in the submission.

    We have a check out form that we integrated with stripe and on the form if you look at our account, you'll see that we label something service fees as per the way we created it in your app, but when it comes through from the customer when they buy it from Stripe, it changes it back to shipping fees. How can we correct this?

    Hi Gary,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your form and noticed that you have modified the Shipping Text label to Service Fee. Please note that this change will only be visible in the form and emails. After the form is submitted, the updated label will show in the notification or autoresponder emails, but the Jotform tables will still display Shipping instead of Service Fee.

    Unfortunately, the feature you are looking for is currently not available. The updated shipping label cannot be shown in the tables. I reviewed your form and your account's email log, it appears that the Stripe element is not added to the notification email. To rectify this, you can remove the notification email and add it back. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.

    2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.

    3. On the right side of the Notification field, click on the Trash Can icon, and delete the existing Notification Email.

    Now that we've removed the old Notification Email, we'll just add a new one. Let's do it: 

    1. While you're still under the Emails tab on the left side of the page in Form Builder, click on Add Email.

    2. Next, select Notification Email.

    3. Click on the Recipients tab and enter your email address in the Recipient Email field.

    4. Now, just click on Save and you're done.
