Overlimit status: What limit have we reached?

    We only have 2 forms and 40 submissions. Why is it saying we have reached our form quota? What do we need to do to? What have we met?

    Hi Amber,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I've checked your account, and it seems that you've reached your Form View limit. Form views will be counted each time the form is loaded in the browser. When you hit this monthly limit or any of the monthly limits, you can upgrade your account to increase your limits, or you can wait for the counter to reset. You can check this by accessing your account settings:

    1. Go to this page to access your account settings.
    2. Make sure to click Usage on the left panel.
    3. The limit reset date will be beside the Monthly Usage.
